A question of a reader Ginters:
You mentioned meditation but usually people don’t have time or appropriate place to do it (for example, you have small kids who need attention);
Is it possible to meditate at work, at the office, when you sit in the public transport or go home?
Agnes:
A major part of meditations may be performed at any time, however, the more time you devote to meditations, the better result will be. Depending on the desired result, meditation/visualization/affirmation is needed. If you wish to improve something, visualize it. If you, for example, need you clear your energy, try to visualize that clear energy comes to you from the universe. At the same time, visualize that everything wrong disappears. Confirm visualization and claim that it is really happening. Believe in it because it is the truth. Of course, any changes need time. How much exactly? It depends on different factors (a person’s current situation, how much he desires something, belief, time, energy, destiny etc).
I recommend you to practice love meditation. It aims at feeling of absolute love to environment, people, nature, subjects and situations. Meditation doesn’t have time and place, posture limit, because you may do some meditation at any time and place. How this medication is performed? It is very easy. We can go down the street, sit in a cafe or public transport, sunbathing on the beach, walking down the street or be at work. Similarly, it can be practiced in some complicated life situation. You should feel love for everything, feel and touch the environment in which you are (for example, the touch of wind, feeling the rain, enjoying warm or cold weather, taste food in all nuances and enjoy any life situation). You should feel with absolutely all senses this moment, yourself, environment and be aware of all existing greatness, grandiosity, beauty. Some idea may help realize it: the idea of how it would be if you would not have had even one of your senses at all. Thus, we add also gratitude. We feel gratitude for everything and say thanks for everything you can. And, believe me, there are infinite number of things for what you can express gratitude…
It is one of the most wonderful meditations because here you express love and gratitude and you don’t need to focus on your breathing and body position. It is the most appreciative daily meditation I know!
