About relationships at work

A question from a reader Ginters:

You write that there may be people/places that are appropriate and aren’t appropriate. For example, there is an unkind boss and his character traits seem inappropriate. You may say that it is better to change work environment in order to improve energy of a definite worker. It is hard to believe that we could chose people/places which we don’t like before our birth. But, at the same time, it may teach us to develop, be tolerant, respect different opinions, love people without conditions etc. But maybe you are sure that there are situations that you have to avoid?

Agnes:

It is really so. We have made an agreement for positive and negative events and situations in our life. However, it doesn’t mean that we don’t have rights to refuse from definite experience. Everything has borders, you don’t need to become a martyr in order to learn and understand something. If definite experience isn’t desired, then you must first be aware what you desire. Focus on what you wish! Believe that a definite situation can be changed and starting from today you will not experience definite events. The next step is to express affirmation – I don’t need such experience, I refuse from it. It is important to use the word “not” instead of “no”; it is because “the universe” doesn’t have such notion as “no”. Thus, the word “don’t need” transforms into “need” and we continue turning as a squirrel in a wheel.

Even more importantly is for a wrongdoer/head to realize his influence over other people, their mood and everyday life. It is necessary to be more business-like and not to dump your own negations on other people only because you can afford it. Consequently, it isn’t acceptable to allow other people stand on your head. It is necessary to think how to resolve situation in the most peaceful way. Here a delicate border appears that you need to take into account.
